1 Definitions and General Provisions

In this terms and conditions document, "c44jili", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the c44jili online gaming platform and all associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered account holder or person visiting the platform.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

c44jili processes financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and banking services. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer) is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount for any withdrawal request is ৳500 (five hundred taka). After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

c44jili provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that to withdraw the bonus amount, you must place bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by 15.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used one time only.
• c44jili reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the details of the relevant promotion.
• c44jili reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

c44jili's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each tier. A member's VIP tier is determined based on their playing pattern and activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP cashback is added to the member's account at a set time each week. The cashback amount depends on the betting volume for the relevant week and the member's VIP tier. c44jili reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c44jili platform, and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Abuse or fraudulent use of bonus programs
• Attempting to exploit the platform's software or systems
• Misconduct or harassment toward other members
• Registering with a fake identity or false information
• Using third-party payment methods
• Playing games using automated software or bots

c44jili reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take legal action if necessary.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no single party can influence these results. Each game result is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.

• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• As directed by law enforcement agencies

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact our support team. All pending bonus conditions and withdrawable balances must be settled before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

13 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
